The Heart's Whisper: A Meditation for Self-Love and Compassion

Our hearts carry a deep, innate wisdom that’s always present, though blockages—including challenges, old programming, conditioning, limiting beliefs, trauma, stress—can sometimes cloud our connection to it. This meditation is an invitation to gently soften into that wisdom, nurturing love and compassion for ourselves. Through breath and gentle awareness, we’ll explore the tender spaces within, honoring whatever arises, and creating a foundation for deeper healing and reconnection to the love that flows through us and from us.

You are invited to bring a journal, a writing utensil, and anything that creates a calming atmosphere for you—tea, candles, blankets, or other comforts. Toward the end of the session, there will be space to journal and share reflections if you feel called.

Sliding scale exchange: $15-$35
